Public transport, shopping, and a natural swimming pool are nearby. The house accommodates up to 8 adults and 1–2 small children (extra bed). There are 4 double bedrooms (3 with king-size beds, 1 with two single beds), 2 bathrooms, 2 separate WCs, a large living room, an XXL terrace, and a huge garden. For entertainment, you'll find indoor table tennis, darts, and a football field in summer. Pets are welcome—please note the garden is not fully fenced. A laundry package with bed linen and towels is included! The fully equipped kitchen features 2 fridges (one with freezer), dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, and 2 coffee machines (one for Nespresso capsules, one for ground coffee). Essentials like dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, kitchen towels, spices, sugar, and salt are provided. This is a non-smoking house. Thank you for not smoking indoors. If you smoke on the balcony, please keep terrace doors and windows closed. Omsewitz is one of Dresden’s green, quiet neighborhoods—ideal for relaxation while staying close to the city. Bus, tram, shopping, nature spots, and a natural pool are all nearby.
